Welcome to ‘Cakes by Fiona MacKinnon’ – an Isle of Skye based cake maker, who covers not the Isle of Skye but all of the Highlands and beyond. Bringing your design to a magical creation for your special day with the finest of ingredients and lovingly made to your specification.

From sugar flowers, personalised models, buttercreamed and fondant covered cakes, your sugar delight will be enjoyed by everyone. All the cakes are handmade from scratch and decorated by Fiona in her home in Elgol, Isle of Skye.

This amazing lady created our wedding cake and it was absolutely out of this world, better than I could have dreamed of! We had a stunning 4 tier cake with 4 different flavours and our guests loved it, so many compliments! I hardly got to try it myself as it went so fast!
